Coaching is the natural follow-up of a consulting and/or management service for a defined period. Our coaching is a “personal service” based on the existing trust relation between the executive receiving it and his/her coach. A trust relation built on shared experiences and results.

As a personal service, our coaching is defined based on the specific needs and desires of the executive or manager coached. It might take the form of a regular weekly call or be fully on demand.
